A Strategic Management Model that Works!

Using a strategic management model with your project doesn't indicate that you are going to adjust the plans of your project or the foundation and tools that you are utilizing to put it in place.  A strategic model is more about using a different project method altogether.  It deals with being able to step away from the project for the purpose of looking at it and analyzing it from a different viewpoint.
