I am a practising manager with over 25 years experience interested in learning, developing and sharing best practice. Currently General Manager of a training facility, I am a chartered chemical engineer and have worked in a number of technical, operational, and organisational development roles. Early in my career, I became interested in the human aspects of running a business – how to lead, motivate and inspire people to give of their best in the pursuit of organisational goals, and how to help people to reach their potential.
