			<description>Great article which drives home the importance of making sure you communicate with clients to ensure every aspect of their experience with your company is a good one.  I use social media to ask questions and keep in touch with needs and expectations in real time and then report on findings that may be useful to contacts in my wider network. I have just set up a new venture providing social media workshops and networking opportunities for professionals new to this form of marketing. Now that I have set up the network, I am mapping my customer journey. This will serve two purposes, to ensure I have considered all aspects of my delivery and to provide a means to promote what I have to offer in terms of benefits that can be enjoyed by those engaging in my services.
