However, the challenges presented by today’s environment global competitiveness, diversity, ethical diversity, massive population that is outside the economic circle, while there’s economic growth within the region or country at the same time the poverty rate is growing. My view is that the solution that academics, consultants, managers and professionals presented to solve our organizations problems did work for a great deal in the past. However, to solve our problems that go’s beyond economic and market share and racial and ethic problems, we need a new organization paradigm. My aims as an consultant and trainer is solves not only ecomomic related problems, but also create new organization design paradigm in the economic, cultural and social context. The purpose of this group is to give professionals and those that are interesting in solving organizational and human development problems by exploring new organization design paradigms and theories. By studying existing organization theories and design cross social science fields I believe is possible to create new ideas to solve not only business problems, but also to give someting back to those outsite our economic circle, Self-determination. This we can share.
